When you send an enquiry

We receive your name, email address, selected service and requirement, plus any company or timeframe information you choose to provide. We use these details to review the enquiry, respond and follow up on potential work.

To understand how enquiries reach us, the submission can also include a reference number, the landing page, the enquiry page, the referring website’s hostname and campaign labels from the link you followed. We do not include your name, email address or requirement in website analytics events.

Form processing

Netlify processes and stores submissions for TISA Hub. Its form service also applies spam filtering. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its processing information. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive records or personal documents in this form.

Website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, you can choose whether to allow it. It helps us understand page visits, service interest, submitted enquiries and website performance. It starts only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics choices in the footer. See Google’s privacy policy.

Browser storage

Your browser can remember your light or dark appearance preference and analytics choice. Session storage keeps limited enquiry source information while you move between pages. The website does not save the name, email address or message you type between visits.
