  • Providing and operating the TISA HUB platform and its features
  • User authentication, access control, and audit trail maintenance

Uploaded documents are processed solely to deliver platform services such as document analysis, clause mapping, and audit-ready outputs. Customer data and uploaded documents are not used to train AI models by default unless explicit consent is provided.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfil the purposes stated in this Notice
  • Meet legal, regulatory, audit, and security requirements
  • Data is securely deleted or anonymized upon expiry of retention requirements or account closure, unless legally required otherwise.
